The complete set of cassava chips processing line is composed of cassava washing machine, cassava peeling machine, cassava chipping machine, cassava chips drying machine etc, it is designed to process fresh cassava tubers into traditional dry chips, but not fried chips or cassava crips.
01 HARVEST/SORTING OF CASSAVA: Manually select fresh, mature cassava roots without rot.
Note: Fresh cassava should be free from microbial or insect damage and without serious bruising or cuts. It should be processed within two days of harvest to prevent deterioration and loss of quality in cassava chips.
02 Scraper Conveyor for cassava chips processing: LIFTING AND CONVEYING, lift and convey the cassava roots to the feed port of cleaner.
03 Cage cleaning machine for cassava chips processing: Wash the cassava roots in clean water to remove stains and dirt, including sand, soil, leaves or other impurities. Note: The water source should be checked regularly to ensure it is not dirty or contaminated.
Squirrel Cage Washing Machine(independent invention) : 1. Soak and wash, from dirty to clean; 2. Soften the surface sand and mud firstly, then lift the raw materials to next machine; 3. Super long distance cleaning to improve cleaning effect.
Product use: It is used for cleaning of cassava,potato, sweet potato etc., and has the functions of cleaning, stone removal, weeding and lifting.

Unique soaking feeding method to fully soften the surface sand and mud of the raw material; 3. 04 Cassava Peeling Machine for cassava chips processing: Wash the cassava roots to remove the surface sand, silt, and peel the cassava roots to remove the outer brown skin and partial inner thick cream layer, also avoid over damaging of raw materials.
Note: If you want to remove the inner thick cream layer completely, it's neccessary to use manpower or soak the cassava tubers in water then remove it by handwork.
05 Cassava slicing machine for cassava chips processing: Cut the peeled cassava roots to produce thinner and more uniform slices than chipping by hand.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF CASSAVA SLICING MACHINE:
When the slicing machine is running, the materials enter high speed rotating cutting blade to be cut into slices, then enter circular cutter blade to be cut into strips, and again enter cross cutter blade to be cut into cube or cuboid.
06 Batch dryer or Belt-type dryer for cassava chips processing: Effectively dry the cassava chips or slices to low moisture content by principle of heat transfer exchange.

1. If you choose to use the cassava slices cutting machine, the materials enter high speed rotating cutting blade to be cut into slices, the final product is Dried Circular Chips.
2. If you choose to use the cassava strips cutting machine, the materials enter high speed rotating cutting blade to be cut into slices, then enter circular cutter blade to be cut into strips, the final product is Dried Rectangular Strips.
3. If you choose to use the cassava cubes cutting machine, the materials enter high speed rotating cutting blade to be cut into chips, then enter circular cutter blade to be cut into strips, and again enter cross cutter blade to be cut into Dried Cube or Cuboid.
