1. Cassava washing machine for cassava chips processing:
"washing" is one of the most important steps in the production process of cassava starch. The cleanliness of raw material cleaning is directly related to the quality of starch and the difficulty of subsequent processing.
Comprehensive use of a variety of washing methods to improve the cleanliness of raw materials.
2. Cassava peeling machine for cassava chips processing:
The cassava peeler is specially designed for cassava processing, used for washing and peeling the tuberous materials like cassava and yam etc.
It can wash the cassava roots to remove the surface stains and dirts, and peel the cassava roots to remove the outer brown skin and partial inner thick cream layer, also avoid over damaging of raw materials.
Note: If you want to remove the inner thick cream layer completely, it's neccessary to use manpower or soak the cassava tubers in water then remove it by handwork.

Cassava Peeling Machine - Product Composition:
(1) Mainly consist of motor, transmission and rotary drum with nail, the structure design can avoid over damaging of materials.
(2) With two motors, one for driving the rotary drum with nail to remove the pieces of peel from the raw materials without any broken, another one for driving the central axis with counter vane to guide the peeled materials from the feed port to the discharge port, meanwhile along with water coming out of shower pipe and get the materials wet, make them more easier for peeling and washing.

4. Cassava chips drying Machine(cassava chips dryer) for cassava chips processing:
Working principle:
The material goes through the head of the machine. The distributed feeder distributes the materials in the mesh belt evenly, and adjust the thickness of the material according to the conditions. The linear velocity is decided by the kinds and the moisture. The dried material is discharged from the discharging port. (The even layer is discharged from the head, and odd layer is discharged from the tail.)In the process of drying, due to the function of fan, drive the hot air flow through the guide duct into the internal of bottom of the dryer, then drying the material from the bottom to the top, and next discharge the exhaust through air outlet of the duct.
If want to get better drying effect and reasonable capacity, it should combine reasonably properly, and organic with the raw material moisture, liner of mesh belt, air volume and air temperature.
