1. Safety Precautions of Cassava Planter Machine:
(1) The cassava combine planter you purchased has been designed to be operated and used under suitable agricultural conditions (end use). (2) Any use beyond the prescribed limits shall not be considered final use. The manufacturer does not bear any responsibility for any damage caused by the use beyond the prescribed use, and the operator bears all risks.
(3) The persons who put stem must pull the stem tube or other fixed part well, get on and get off the planter by stepping on the body frame of planter.
(4) When the tractor drives planter are turning in the farm, the persons must hold the stem tube and stem planting box to sit well, it is strictly forbidden to stand or lean back.
(5) The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by any changes to the machine.
3. Instructions of Cassava Planter Machine:
①The traction power needs to be more than 50 horsepower, the cassava planter is connected to tractor through a hydraulic suspension system, the front end of tractor needs to be reinforced properly by adding the balance weight.
②Ditching depth adjustment: Firstly, the body frame of cassava planter is adjusted to balance position by hydraulic lift up and down from the tractor, the height difference between the bottom surface of ditching part and the bottom surface of final sealing board is the ditching depth, the depth can be adjusted through regulating column according to the sinking depth situation of ground wheel after entering the ground.
③Send stem and cut stem: According to the working speed of the tractor, it can arrange one to two persons to put stem into the stem tube, the persons sit on the work chair, pick up the whole stem from the stem box, then insert the stem into stem tube in the form root end towards down, the stem will be automatically fix-length cut off through then enter the ditch. The operator must look attentively at the stem tube to ensure that the stem is insert continuously but there is no double stem inserted once time, make sure to insert the next stem once the last stem are inserted and enter the stem tube completely. The operators need to properly press the extra-large diameter or very curved stems to avoid jamming stems.
④Fertilization rate: adjust the fertilization rate through the fertilizer box according to the rotation speed of ground wheel.
⑤Final soil sealing: determine the position of the two wings according to the soil conditions, the two sides can be aligned and positioned if the soil is fine and even without large soil, stone or weed, otherwise the two sides can be off-center fixed to avoid plenty of soil crowded.
